Ungoogable Czech diamond album, orignally recorded on 1969, published later in 70. George & Beatovens is one of the group formed shortly after, what we called "Prague Spring" a short freedom time in 68. in this moment I believe many UK musics came in Czechoslovakie. Its why Matadors look so mod, with strange "Artwoods" similarities. Anyway we are talking about Georges & Beetovens, so we have to introduce Petr Novak, which I think was the brain of that combo. Petr Novak was a young Czech artist who came during this Prague spring across the Beatles, the impact was so strong that he decided to start a band, 1st name was the Beatles, truly! But for a short time. This is his very 1st album, Pret Novak got a uge well known career after,did many groupes too, like the one after was the cool Flamengo. Listen to the different audios, to me is one of the most interesting East Europ Lp for (in that specialy case) we can call the Eastern "British invasion". Psych beat-folk masterpiece !
